Who can practice Feldenkrais®?
Most everyone. As long as you can sit and/or lie on the floor you can participate.
I will provide lessons done in sitting and lessons that are done on the floor, of varying lengths, so that you can incorporate them into your schedule according to your need.
If getting down onto the floor, or getting up off the floor is difficult for you, you can also do lessons on the bed. Moreover, to help you with this problem, I will post lessons that specifically focus on how to transfer your body from standing to sitting or from lying to standing, all whilst respecting and optimally using the forces of gravity.
